      📩 Conductor AI Agent for Receiving Forwarded Documents

      Automatically file property documents by forwarding them via email — no downloads, no uploads, no stress.

      What is the Conductor AI Agent?

      Real estate operators receive critical documents like appraisals, rent rolls, title certificates, and financial statements in their inbox every day.

      Instead of manually downloading and uploading each file into addy Business, the Conductor AI Agent lets you forward the email to a single smart address, and the AI takes care of the rest:

      • It stores all attachments (PDF, Excel, Word, etc.).

      • It extracts and classifies data — if the file is a PDF.

      ✉️ How to forward documents

      Forward any email from your verified email address to:

      The Conductor AI Agent will:

      1. Extract all attachments and save them in addy Business

      2. Use the content of PDF files only to understand the document type and extract relevant data

      3. Send you a confirmation or error email

      4. Log everything — including sender, timestamp, document type — for compliance

      ✅ If your email address isn’t whitelisted, documents won’t be processed. Reach out to support@addyinvest.com to get set up.

      If forwarding isn’t the best fit for your workflow, you can upload files manually:

      1. Go to the correct entity in addy Business

      2. Click into the Data Room

      3. Drag your file into the uploader

      4. Select the document type

      5. Upload — and done

      These uploads are stored the same way, and if the file is a PDF, the AI can classify and interpret it automatically.

      You’ll get an error email with next steps — either forward again with more context, or upload manually.

      • Document visibility follows your addy Business roles and entity permissions

      • All attachments are encrypted

      • Every action is logged with metadata for full auditability
