Customize the investor onboarding experience by setting your own suitability questions.
The Suitability Questionnaire lets you, as a dealer, create and manage the questions investors must answer before they can invest in your opportunities. Think of it like a customizable intake form — you decide what’s important to ask, and the system will present your set of questions to investors.
👉 Note: If you don’t add your own questions, the platform will default to the standard system questions. The moment you add even one question, the platform switches to using your set — whether that’s one, five, or more.

Edge Cases to Know
-
❗ If you only add one question, investors will only see that one.
-
✅ You can mix categories (corporate vs. individual) — each investor only sees the set that applies to them.
-
🗑 Deleting a question removes it from future investor sessions, but doesn’t erase past responses already saved in the system.
