How to Send a Wire Payment

Sending a wire payment? Here's how to complete your investment safely and on time.

🧾 Where to Send Your Wire

If the card issuer accepts wire payments, you’ll need to follow the wire instructions they provide after you complete your investment.

These instructions typically include:

  • Recipient Name (Card Issuer or Investment Entity)

  • Bank Name

  • Transit Number or Routing Code

  • Account Number

  • SWIFT or IBAN (for international payments)

  • Currency to send (usually CAD or USD)

  • Memo or Reference Line (⚠️ Be sure to include your addy Member ID or full name so your payment can be matched to your account.)

🕒 How Long Do Wires Take?

Wire transfers usually take 1–3 business days to arrive, depending on your financial institution. International wires may take longer.

addy does not control or process wire payments directly. If you have questions about your payment status, please contact the card issuer or investment partner listed in your confirmation email.

✅ What Happens After I Send the Wire?

Once your wire is received:

  1. The card issuer or admin team will confirm the payment.

  2. Your wallet will be credited with the investment amount.

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation from addy once your funds are applied.

⚠️ If your wire is missing identifying information (like your name or addy Member ID), it may cause delays. Reach out to the issuer directly if you think your wire is unmatched.

💬 Still Have Questions?
