How do I cancel my add funds request?

EFTs

EFTs can be cancelled within the first 60 minutes. To do so:

1. Navigate to your wallet

2. Click the "Cancel deposit" button. This work on both iOS and the web app.

Interac E-Transfer

Interac E-Transfers are automatic and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
