How to Invite Employees to your Private Issuance

To invite an investor to your private issuance, click the settings wheel of your account.

Click "Manage Private Investors"

Click "Invite Investor"

Select "Employee" from the dropdown of "accredited status"

Employees will be required to only sign page 3 of the subscription agreement.
