Closing Docs, All in One Place ## We’ve made closing documentation a whole lot easier to navigate. Whenever a raise closes, members will now receive a single PDF package that includes **all the key legal documents**tied to the investment. No more hunting through email attachments or downloading multiple files. It’s clean, clear, and comes with a built-in table of contents so you know exactly what’s inside. ✨ #### **📘 What’s Included** Your bundled PDF will include: 1. **Cover Page + Table of Contents** 2. **Issuer DCR (Director Consent Resolution) to Close the Raise & Issue Shares** 3. **Funds Flow Agreement** 4. **addy DCR to Release the Funds** #### **🧷 Tooltips for the Cover Sheet** Each entry in the cover page comes with a tooltip to help you understand what that doc does. Here’s what each tooltip means: ### **1. Issuer DCR (to close the raise and issue shares)** - **Internal/External Display:** Internal - **Critical Function:** Confirms the issuer has accepted all subscription agreements, is issuing the securities, and is authorizing related filings. 💬 *Tooltip:* This resolution confirms that the raise officially closed, the funds have been received, and the shares are being issued to investors. It includes a list of every investor and their share certificate number.   --- ### **2. Funds Flow Agreement** - **Internal/External Display:** Internal - **Critical Function:** Lays out how the money moves — from addy’s trust account to the funding portal, and then to the issuer. 💬 *Tooltip:* This document outlines exactly how your investment dollars get from addy’s trust account to the project. It includes step-by-step flow instructions and confirms all parties have agreed on the process.   --- ### **3. addy DCR (to release funds)** - **Internal/External Display:** Internal - **Critical Function:** Approves the release of investor funds in accordance with the flow of funds agreement. 💬 *Tooltip:* This resolution shows that addy’s board has formally approved releasing the funds to the issuer, based on the terms laid out in the flow of funds agreement.   --- #### **🧠 Why We’re Doing This** Real estate investments involve a lot of paperwork. But we don’t think that means you should have to be a lawyer to keep up. By bundling these docs into one neat package — and explaining what each one is — we’re making the post-closing process more transparent and user-friendly.   --- #### **🤔 FAQ** ### **Can I still get the individual documents separately?** Yes. If you ever need the original individual documents for any reason, just reach out to [support@addyinvest.com](mailto:support@addyinvest.com) and we’ll send them your way.   --- ### **Where can I find my closing package?** Once a raise has closed and your investment is finalized, the closing package will be available in your **addy Business data room** under the folder labeled **“Closing Package.”** This bundle includes all the key closing documents in one PDF for easy viewing and downloading.   --- ### **Does this apply to past investments?** This feature starts with raises closing from \[Launch Date TBD\] onward. We’re not retroactively bundling older closes — but we’re working on improving how those are displayed too!   --- ### **Is this legally required?** Nope. This is an addy initiative to make things clearer and easier for members.
