Private Issuance Distribution Notifications

When you send out a distribution on addy for a private issuance, invited members will all receive a notification.

When you host a private issuance via addy, all private investors that you invite will receive a notification that you sent out a distribution, regardless of whether or not they have invested in the project. 

All other addy members will not see your distribution notification.
