1. Adding addy Business Fields to Forms

How to Add

  • Look for the purple "+ Add addy Business Field" button in the Forms interface
  • Click to open the selection modal
  • Use the familiar Tree interface (similar to the dataroom) to select your field 
Benefits
  • Automatic Configuration: Fields are automatically:
  • Tagged with correct Data Type
  • Set as editable by Issuer
  • Linked to corresponding addy Business data

2. Conditional Display Options

 Setting Up Conditions
  • Navigate to "Advanced Options" in the form field settings
  • Find "Conditional Display" dropdown
  • Select "It depends upon something in addy Business"
  • Use Tree select interface to choose: 
  • addy Business Field
  • Data Room File

  Condition Types

   For Fields:
    • Enter specific values that trigger display
    • Example: Show field only for Core/Opportunistic issuances
   For Files:
    • Simple presence/absence condition
    • Field displays when file exists
