Card Balance Amount

This is the total sum of all investors’ wallet balances that are still sitting unused.

  • Why does this show up here?
Sometimes an investor funds their wallet but hasn’t yet put that money into any of your issuances. Until they do, it remains in their wallet balance.

  • What’s included in this amount?
Both completed and processing deposits. As long as funds haven’t been used to invest, they’ll appear here.

  • Why does this matter to you?
This gives you visibility into money that’s available but not yet committed. If you see a large balance sitting idle, you can use the Flush Wallet tool to sweep unused funds into the dealer account.

Processing Amount

This is the portion of deposits that are still in progress.

  • Two main states are included here:

    1. Deposits already sent to an EFT file and waiting for bank completion.

    2. Deposits that are queued up, waiting to be included in the next EFT file.

  • How long does it take?
Once an EFT file is generated, the bank clearing process takes 7 business days to complete.

So, if an investor just added funds today, you may see it in Processing until that period is done.

Transaction History

This section shows all the activity related to your dealer card in one place.

  • You’ll see deposits (pending, processing, or complete).

  • Each entry includes details like the investor’s name, the method (e.g., EFT), the transaction ID, and the amount.

  • This history aggregates transactions from all wallets under your entity, so you get the full picture.
