Can I invest using my corporation?

Yes, but there are additional documents and specific requirements that need to be satisfied.

For Canadian Corporations with a Single Director / Owner

Requirements:
- Full Suitability on Director / Owner
- ID Verification Completed on Director / Owner
- Background/criminal/watch list checks on Director / Owner

Documents Required:
- Articles of Incorporation
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Corporate Verification on Corporation

Agreements:
- Corporate/Partnership Resolution for Opening Account Signed by Director

For Canadian Corporations with a Multiple Directors

Requirements:
- Full Suitability on all Directors / Owners
- ID Verification Completed on all Directors / Owners
- Background/criminal/watch list checks on all Directors / Owners

- Certificate of Incorporation
- Corporate Verification on Corporation

Agreements:
- Corporate/Partnership Resolution for Opening Account Signed by Directors

For Canadian Corporations with a Single Director wanting to invest as Accredited

Requirements:
- Full Suitability on Director / Owner
- ID Verification Completed on Director / Owner
- Background/criminal/watch list checks on Director / Owner
- Director must be an Accredited Investor

Documents Required:
- Articles of Incorporation
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Corporate Verification on Corporation
- Proof of Accredited Status for Director

Agreements:
- Corporate/Partnership Resolution for Opening Account Signed by Director

For Canadian Corporations with Multiple Directors wanting to invest as Accredited

Requirements:
- Full Suitability on all Directors / Owners
- ID Verification Completed on all Directors / Owners
- Background/criminal/watch list checks on all Directors / Owners

- Proof of Accredited Status for all Directors

NOTE: 
- If the corporation is owned by a corporation, the process continues until you hit humans only.
- If the corporation is owned by a trust, Declaration of Trust, List of Trustees, and List of Beneficiaries will be required.  (Beneficiaries do not need to be accredited)
