      We get asked about fees a lot! Here’s where we break it down.

      We don’t hide anything from you. Everything you need to know about the investment opportunity will be shared in the offering documents and our team is always here to answer any questions you may have.

      We do not charge any fees. There are no transaction fees, no property acquisition fees, no withdrawal fees, no promotion fees, no lifts on the property of any kind, nothing.

      Any additional monetization addy explores in the future will be filtered and examined through our core values of Empathy, Curiosity and Win-Win or no deal.
