Financial Perks: How they work & FAQs

Financial perks are a marketing tactic used by issuers to enhance their offerings and provide a token of appreciation for investors committing to their reservations.

What are financial perks?

Financial perks are distributions offered by an issuer as part of their marketing strategy. These distributions are provided to investors based on the day they sign their subscription agreement to the date of the issuance closing.

How to earn perks

To earn financial perks, you must invest in a property that explicitly states in its offering document that a financial perk is available. While additional information about the program may be shared on the web landing page or in-app landing page, the full details will always be found in the offering document.
