How do I get notified when a Form is submitted?
You need to find the Dashboard containing the Form and then hit "Subscribe to Notifications".
1. To view all Form Dashboards, visit this page.
2. If the Dashboard does not exist yet, follow this article to create it.
3. Once on the appropriate Dashboard, click the "Subscribe to Notifications" button at the top of the page
4. You will be emailed about any new Form submissions pertaining to the Forms listed on this Dashboard. Emails will be sent to the email you use to login to addy.
5. After subscribing, the button will change to an "Unsubscribe" button

You must subscribe to each Form separately - just click the "Subscribe to Notifications"
