How can I get help during onboarding?
addy Business is built for security, meaning that all of the details regarding your issuance are meant to come directly from you. Want help from an addy staff member? Here's how to correctly add an onboarding assistant to your account.
There is a special role that can only be assigned to addy staff members to assist you in setting up your account. To ensure accuracy of the information in your account, all changes made by addy staff will be sent to you in an audit log in your email.
Click on the gear icon on your addy Business homepage
Click "Manage users"
Click "Invite User"
Input your addy contact's email address
Click on the user ID
Select "Onboard (addy Team Member)" then save.
Now, you'll receive an update report daily f any changes were made in your account by this addy team member!
