How to access your tax documents
Issuers are responsible for providing tax information to CRA and shareholders or Limited Partners. Each issuer varies in terms of when and how they provide this information. The hard deadline set by the CRA for Issuers to provide this information is February 28 for T5s and March 31st for T5013s.
Many issuers use addy software to generate tax documents. If they are using addy, this is how to find your tax documents, follow the instructions below.
- Log in to your addy account and visit your Profile.
- Click on “View Tax Documents”.
- Enter your password for security purposes
- Click on the applicable tax year's documents
- Download documents by clicking on the property name.
Please note: If you do not see any documents for the corresponding year, it means you did not have any eligible earnings. Documents will only populate if there are earnings associated with them.
