How to find and view a Directors' Consent Resolutions (DCR)
To access your Directors' Consent Resolutions (DCR), you will first need to navigate to the Data Room. The Data Room can be found as a tab under the entity you are managing.
Once in the Data Room, note that there are multiple departments to choose from: Legal, Finance, and Real Estate. Legal is the default department when you enter the Data Room, and it just so happens that all DCRs can be found in this department's Data Room.
To get to the "Directors' Consent Resolutions and Shareholders' Consent Resolutions" section, simply scroll down within the Legal Data Room. Under this category, you will see a number of subcategories where files are stored. Note that the dropdown arrow next to the subcategory denotes the presence of files to be viewed or downloaded.
You can preview a file by clicking on the big PDF icon at the front, or you can download it using the download option on the far right, along with the other options.
