How do I add my entity's bank account?
Adding and verifying your entity's bank account is a required step to publicly raise funds on addy.
To publicly raise funds on addy, you must add and link a corporate bank account that is owned by your entity. addy and our service providers will perform various checks to authenticate this account. You can either link this account automatically, or manually. These options are detailed below:
1. Automatic Verification via Plaid: Click the "Add [Entity]'s Corporate Bank Account" button on the wallet page and a Plaid popup will open. Plaid is the leading provider for online bank account verification. You will select your bank, authenticate as you normally would, then select the specific account to be linked. Upon completion of this flow, Plaid will verify the account and it will be added to your entity's wallet. addy may separately request additional bank documents to verify this account. addy may additionally request personal verifications from Directors.
2. Manual Verification: Please contact support if you need to add this account manually - they will provide a list of required documents.
