How do I assign a Primary Signatory?

External Display: The Primary Signatory is identified as the person countersigning the Subscription Agreement and other important legal documents.

To designate this person, visit the Directors, Officers & Signatories tab in addy Business and ensure that one of the listed individuals has a Role which includes 'Primary Signatory':

1. Navigate to Directors, Officers & Signatories

2. If the person who will be countersigning the Subscription Agreement does not yet exist in addy Business, you must create them:
