How do I cancel my share or unit investment

Most investments can be cancelled within the first two business days - beyond that, they generally cannot be

If you recently made an investment through the addy platform and wish to cancel it, please keep in mind that it needs to be cancelled according to the procedure in the Subscription Agreement. Generally, this means

- Shares must have been purchased less than 48 hours ago

- You must contact the Exempt Market Dealer on file in order to cancel.

Please keep in mind that not all cancellation procedures are the same, and to be certain, read the Subscription Agreement that you signed while making the investments.

Subscription agreements can be found by logging into your portfolio, scrolling to the property in question and clicking on it. Then scroll down to "Your documents" and read the subscription agreement.
