What should I input for Property Name
There is a Property Name field in your Properties > Overview tab.
The Property Name field should be the name of the property. If there is no name for the property use the address. If there are multiple addresses, use the legal one on title. The Property Name is used in prominent places to help raise capital like the Buy Widget, Properties tab (in your addy account), and Portfolio.
