At addy, we prioritize security with a robust, multi-layered approach designed to protect our platform, user data, and infrastructure. Our security framework includes stringent authentication and access controls, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for administrative access and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure users only have the permissions they need. Secure session management is enforced through short-lived tokens with refresh mechanisms to minimize risk. To safeguard data, we implement industry-leading encryption standards, including TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, with regular key rotation and strict secrets management protocols.
