      How to add, remove or change your linked bank account

      Information about bank account linking

      There are many reason you may wish to link your bank account to your addy wallet. If you are an addyOne member, you may want to take advantage of EFTs, which is an addyOne exclusive perk. 

      You may wish to add your bank account for withdrawal purposes as well. Please follow the below steps to add, change or remove your bank account.

      Adding an Account

      1. Access your wallet
      2. Click link an account to get started

      3. Follow the Plaid flow and confirm the account details.

      Plaid is a verification service with a trusted and proven track record when it comes to data security. Please find more information about them here.

      4. Sign the PAD agreement.

      Removing or changing an account

      To change your account, follow these steps to remove it, and then go through the above add process.

      1. Navigate to your wallet

      2. Under "Your linked account" select the X to the right of the currently linked account

      3. Read and accept the warning prompt by clicking "yes".

      As stated, this action cannot be reversed, however if you make a mistake and need to add the account bank, you can always do so by following the steps at the top of this page.
