Follow these easy steps!

Step 1: Make sure your wallet is funded. If it is not, navigate back to your wallet and deposit the amount you wish to distribute.

Step 2: Confirm the Distribution amount. Specify how much of the distribution fits in each category.

Note: Click "Advanced Options" if you wish to choose "Interest" or "Other" categories, or if this will be the final distribution for the issuance.

Once you have entered the amounts you must click "Confirm" before you can continue.

Step 3: Confirm the Shareholder Record Date. Select the record date that will determine which investments are eligible for the distribution. All investments with an issue date on or before the selected record date will be included.

A summary showing the total number of investors and units/shares included in the distribution will be displayed. You will also have the option to download a CSV file to review the transaction summary and verify that the expected distribution amounts have been correctly applied to each transaction within the batch.

Step 4: Choose the payout date and send the DCR for a Distribution.
Select the payout date for the distribution, which can be either the current date or a future date. The distribution will not proceed until the Directors' Consent Resolution (DCR) has been signed.
If a future payout date is selected, the distribution will be processed automatically at 7:00 AM PT on the scheduled day.

Step 5: Summary of Pending Distribution.

Carefully review all distribution details to ensure they are accurate. If everything is correct, click "Initialize Distribution" to place the distribution into the processing queue.
Please note: the distribution will not be processed if the Directors' Consent Resolution (DCR) is still pending a signature.

You're done! The system will automatically provide each investor with their share of the distribution.
