Members to fund your issued card.

Card Issuer Address | Your business address. Used for documentation and compliance purposes. |
Support Email Address | Provide an email address for members to contact your in the vent they have issues with their transactions. |
Interac Email for Funds | The email address where Interac e-Transfers should be sent. If it's the same as your support email, just note that. |
Security Question / Security Answer | Some financial institutions require a security question and answer for Interac e-Transfers. To ensure members can complete their transfers successfully, you must provide a default security question and answer that members can use if their bank doesn't support auto-deposit. |
💡 If you're using an auto-deposit-enabled Interac account, please confirm that the receiving email is registered with your financial institution to avoid delays or failed transfers.
