Information about Minimum and Maximum offering amounts

When an offering reaches its minimum raise, it can be closed at any time without notice

In the above image you'll notice that the current raise amount is almost $50,000 more than the target listed. This is because $250,000 is the minimum amount required for this raise to be successful. Once that target is hit, an Issuer can close the raise at any time without notice.

A maximum offering amount is the maximum that the raise can receive before it must be closed. 

The minimum and maximum offering amounts are always available in the offering document.
