No extra steps required — the addy platform automatically generates and distributes quarterly investment statements to your investors.
🧾 What Happens Each Quarter?
Every quarter, the addy system automatically generates and delivers a Quarterly Statement to all eligible investors on the platform. This statement provides a snapshot of their investment activity and positions as of the end of the reporting period.
📅 When Are Statements Sent?
Quarterly statements are sent shortly after the end of each calendar quarter:
Q1: Covers Jan 1 – Mar 31 → Sent in early April
Q2: Covers Apr 1 – Jun 30 → Sent in early July
Q3: Covers Jul 1 – Sep 30 → Sent in early October
Q4: Covers Oct 1 – Dec 31 → Sent in early January
Statements are accessible in the investor’s wallet or investment dashboard.
🧠 What’s Included in the Statement?
Statements include:- The investor’s current holdings in your asset (or multiple assets if applicable)
- Any distributions received during the quarter (if applicable)
- Transaction summaries
- Opening and closing balances
- Reference to any additional income or capital events (e.g. asset sales)
Statements are platform-wide, so if an investor holds multiple investments, they’ll receive a single document covering all relevant activity.

✅ What You Need to Do as an Issuer
Nothing — the addy platform handles the generation and distribution of quarterly statements based on the data already in the system.
That said:
If there are distributions during the quarter, ensure the relevant data is entered or uploaded by your team or the Dealer so it’s reflected in the statement.
If you're planning a material update (e.g. major construction milestone, financial change), you may want to time a community update alongside the quarterly release for transparency.
🧾 How This Differs from a Notice of Asset Release
Just to clarify: Quarterly Statements are regular, scheduled reporting tools.
They are not the same as a Notice of Asset Release, which is triggered by a specific event (e.g. payout, redemption). Notices are transactional; statements are summary-based.
💬 Common Questions
Q: Can I customize what appears in the quarterly statement?
Not directly. Statements follow a standardized format. However, if you want to add commentary or updates, talk to your Dealer contact or the addy team about issuing a separate investor update alongside it.
Q: Will I get a copy of what was sent?
Yes. Issuers and Dealers can access a copy of what was sent to investors via the Issuer dashboard or by request.
Q: What if there were no changes this quarter?
Even if there were no new transactions, investors will still receive a quarterly statement showing their current position and confirming no activity.
🧠 Summary
