Get started with using addy to raise capital for your project, following our simple onboarding process to get started asap!

Hey there, welcome to addy!

In order to raise capital on the addy platform, you'll need to get onboarded to the software, prepare your issuance, and submit everything for approval by addy to be published. This article will walk you through the entire onboarding process that we'll cover with you in order to get your issuance live.

We're going to cover the onboarding process together over a series of weekly calls to ensure you are on track and assist along the way. These setup steps are going to be broken down by weekly call agenda to ensure you are prepared for each weekly update and addy can review your progress. Please feel free to refer back to this schedule as we progress through the onboarding process.

In order to proceed with these weekly calls, please ensure that you account is in good standing and your licensing invoice is paid.

Week 1

Book an addy Business onboarding session to get familiar with your addy Business account - your hub to raising capital on addy.

  • Overview of deal structure and exemption being used
  • Timeline of launch process

Week 2

    • Select launch date

  • Deep dive review into real estate analysis
    • Questions from the addy real estate team regarding your issuance

Week 3

    • Marketing campaign
      • Review launch day assets
      • Final review of all marketing efforts and videos
    • Document review and sign off. Offering Document and Subscription Agreements
    • No changes beyond this point (Service fee may apply to additional changes)

    Week 4
