Manually verify or update KYC status

If you need to override Veriff or if there was an error

KYC happens using Veriff and approval or denial is generally automatic. In cases where it’s not, or you need to manually change a status, follow these steps.

Access the transaction ledger
Locate the investor you wish to verify
Click on the current KYC status
Fill out form. The note section is mandatory.
