What should I enter in the Minimum/Maximum Securities for Sale fields?
The "Minimum and Maximum Securities for Sale" fields are required fields for Issuers raising capital through addy.
The "Minimum/Maximum Securities for Sale" fields are used in the following places:
- Buy Widget
- Raise Capital Tab
- Properties for sale page
- Throughout the investment purchase flow
The "Minimum Securities for Sale" field is used to control the messaging for the Minimum Raise via the Buy Widget.
The "Maximum Securities for Sale" field is used to enforce that the amount entered is the maximum amount that is raised for an issuance. Those that try to invest an amount that goes over the remaining balance will be instructed that the maximum has been reached and to lower their amount if they wish to continue.
