Transaction Ledger Summaries

The summaries at the top of the transaction ledger give you key information related to processing transactions.

Understanding the Summary Fields on the Transaction Ledger Page

The transaction ledger page provides a clear breakdown of your transactions using key summary fields at the top of the page. These summaries help you track the status of your investments and ensure a smooth closing process. Below is an explanation of each field:

1. Ready to Close

This amount represents transactions that are ready for closing. If you are working with an exempt market dealer, they must approve transactions before you can close or countersign them. If you handle transactions yourself, you can approve them to proceed with closing/countersigning.

2. Pending Dealer

This amount reflects transactions currently being processed by the dealer. The dealer is reviewing these transactions to assess their suitability. Once approved and the funds have settled, they will move to the "Ready to Close" stage, allowing you to proceed with closing/countersigning.

3. Pending

These transactions require your review. The total amount here consists of transactions awaiting your approval or rejection. Approving transactions moves them forward in the process so they can be closed or countersigned.

4. Closed

This amount represents transactions that have been successfully closed or countersigned. If you recently closed transactions, the funds may still be in transit to your account. If you need assistance with fund transfers, please reach out to support@addyinvest.com.
