Verification Process

After signing up for an account on the addy platform, you will be required to verify your account. Verifying your account is a quick 2-3 minute process that requires a phone with a working camera.

1. Go to your Profile and click "Verify your account"

1. Start by entering your Given Name and Last Name

2. Prepare your valid document and smartphone

VALID DOCUMENTS

Any of the following are eligible for use: 

Driver's License, Residence Permit, Passport, OR ID card

SMARTPHONE

Make sure that the front and rear facing camera works 

3. Two options to start the Verification process. 

Option 1: Scan the QR code (sends you straight to the link)

Option 2: Send link via SMS

4. Allow Camera and microphone access

5. Take photo of your document's photo page

6. Take a selfie

7. If successful, you will receive this popup:
