What happens if I have non-sufficient funds on an EFT I initiated?
If you have NSF on an EFT, you will incur a $25 to re-activate EFT.
If you decide to use EFT as a way to fund your wallet (currently available to paid members only), and the EFT is returned due to NSF, your ability to initiate EFTs will be temporarily suspended.
In order to avoid additional NSF charges, both for yourself and addy, addy will suspend EFTs on an account that has incurred an NSF transaction. You can re-initiate the ability to fund using EFT at any time by paying a $25 fee. This helps keeps cost down for everyone and ensures there cannot be multiple accidental NSF transaction on one account.
To re-activate EFT on your account, simply email support@addyinvest.com with your request and we will get started.
