What is a Primary Signatory?
A Primary Signatory is the main person duly authorized to sign legal documents on behalf of your issuing entity.
All Primary Signatories sign any Director's Consent Resolutions, such as to countersign a Subscription Agreement. Therefore, the Primary Signatory will be automatically added to all system generated documents like your Subscription Agreement, Director Consent Resolutions and closing agreements and attestations.
Primary Signatories will be named to Investors on viewable documents such as the Subscription Agreement.
