What is a Public Issuance?
A Public Issuance is an issuance of securities that is available for all qualified addy Members to invest through the addy platform. This is different from a Private Issuance which is only available to select individuals of your choosing who have an addy account on the platform and invited by you.
How are investments conducted?
Investments are conducted through licensed exempt market dealers.
What is required for a Public Issuance?
A Public Issuance requires the following:
- A fully completed addy Business account. Create one here if you do not have one.
- A thorough due diligence process into the people involved in the property performed by addy.
- A list of required due diligence documents on the property for addy to review and verify.
Where will a Public Issuance be displayed?
A Public Issuance will be available on the addy Properties page where addy Members will be able to view information about the property. Potential investors can invest into the property by logging into their account.
Where can addy Members invest into my Public Issuance?
The Public Issuance will be available to potential addy Members for investing when they log into their addy account and go to the "Properties" tab.
