What is a Security Name?
External Display: Security Name is the legal name of the security you are issuing. This name usually refers to the specific type and class of security being issued, for example “Class A Common Shares”, or "Class B LP Units", or "LP Units".
Security Name appears in closing documents, the Subscription Agreement, and other important legal documents. It is crucial to a successful issuance that this value is fully correct.
