What is estimated return?
When setting up a debt issuance on addy Business, you'll be asked to input the "Estimated Return" for your issuance.
The Estimated Return field is one of the key metrics the addy community will use to evaluate your issuance. It shows up on the main property page for your issuance.
How do I calculate Estimated Return?
Your estimated return should be the annualized interest rate of your issuance. Regardless of if you're offering capital repayments along with interest payments or paying only interest until the final term, the total annualized return on capital should be displayed here.
What can I input into this field?
Please note that the display for this field is small, and requires a simple, short input. Please keep your input to a numerical value only, and omit any percentage signs.
