What is the "Campaign End Date"?
The critical function of the campaign end date field is to remove the option to invest in your campaign at a specified date and time.
For Crowdfunding Offerings:
A crowdfunding offering can be live for at most 90 days according to the NI 45-110 regulations. Section 5.3 of the offering document outlines the date that all funds must be raised by. Input this date at 11:59PM at the latest. You may choose an earlier campaign end date if you wish.
For All Other Offerings:
If you wish to end your campaign automatically on a certain date and time to stop accepting investments, stipulate this date and time in the Campaign End Date field.
