What is the "Cost per Security" field used for?
Input the dollar value you wish to sell each security for
The "Cost per Security" is used by the addy system to sell securities to investors at the designated dollar value. If the Cost per Security is set to $1 the Securities sold will be at a 1:1 ratio.
The Cost per Security is displayed in a number of places such as:
- Buy Widget
- Subscription Agreement
- Purchase confirmation page
- Corporate Securities Register
