      What to input for Loan-To-Value?

      Calculating your Loan-to-Value (LTV) is an important step for your addy issuance, and is required for debt issuances.

      How does this display to addy members?

      Your LTV is displayed as a percentage on the main property page to addy members or private investors.

      Calculating your LTV

      Your LTV percentage should be evaluated on ALL debt on the property, including the loan that you're trying to raise money for. Here is the formula to use:
