What to input into actual IRR?

This is the actual IRR calculated at exit from the time of the issuance on addy to exit.

The actual performance of the investment calculated on a monthly basis adjusted for time. With a zero indicating a loss.

Enter a positive value up to two decimal places without a % sign. (Ex. if this is a 12.34% ROI, enter 12.34)
