For Public Issuances
If your transaction hasn’t closed yet, you’re in control 💪. You can cancel anytime before the official closing date.
Here’s how:

Go to your Portfolio page.

Click the Transaction ID you want to cancel.

A cancellation screen will pop up – follow the prompts to complete your request.
Once you hit “Cancel,” we automatically notify the dealer by email to reject your transaction. This ensures it doesn’t get processed in the closing batch.

⚠️ Heads up: Once you cancel, you may not be able to re-invest in the same project if it’s already close to selling out.
For Private Issuances
Things work a bit differently for private deals.
While you can still request a cancellation from your Portfolio page, your request is subject to the issuer’s approval. The system will email them automatically, but they get the final say on whether to accept the cancellation.
If approved, the funds will return to your wallet in about 2 business days.
