What is Instant Funding?
Since EFTs can take up to 7 business days to process, we created Instant Funds. This is a short term credit that allows your to use your funds while the banks process the EFT.
How much Instant Funding do I get?
We credit up to $10,000 for addyONE members. Non-paid members do not get access to Instant Funds.
Your Instant Funds amount resets upon the complete processing of your EFT request
Can I withdraw money funded instantly?
No, you cannot withdraw the instant funding until your deposit has been processed.
What if I want to invest greater than $10,000 in a single property?
If you are looking to invest greater than $10,000 in a single property, or if you find yourself frequently investing the maximum (or close to it), you may want to see if you qualify as an Accredited Investor
What is an Accredited Investor?
An accredited investor is an individual, entity, or financial institution with a special financial status that enables them to invest in certain opportunities that are not legally available to ordinary investors. See here for complete information.
How do I qualify as an Accredited Investor?
If you feel you meet the requirements, log into your profile and click on the "Are you an Accredited Investor?" link, second from the top, as seen in this screenshot.
Select your accredited type, and upload the required documents. Please email support@addyinvest.com if you have any trouble with this process.
