[Adding CAD Funds](https://learning.addyinvest.com/information-for-members?hsLang=en#adding-cad-funds) # What is Instant Funding? ## Learn about Instant Funding, and the process for investing larger amounts ### **What is Instant Funding?** Since EFTs can take up to 7 business days to process, we created Instant Funds. This is a short term credit that allows your to use your funds while the banks process the EFT.  ### How much Instant Funding do I get**?** We credit up to $10,000 for addyONE members. Non-paid members do not get access to Instant Funds. Your Instant Funds amount resets upon the complete processing of your EFT request ### **Can I withdraw money funded instantly?** No, you cannot withdraw the instant funding until your deposit has been processed. ### **How long does it take to gain full access to my funds?** A deposit into your addy Wallet may take up to 7 business days to clear. The hold period begins on the first full business day after the transaction is requested, so the day of the request does not count. Once the 7 business days have passed, the funds will be automatically released the next morning. After the funds are fully released, you can use any remaining balance that was not part of the Instant Release or withdraw the funds to your connected bank account. Any non sufficient funds (NSF) payments that are returned by the linked account will result in funds being debited from your addy wallet and any investment made with the returned funds will be reversed. Any failed transactions will result in EFT services being paused and will require you to reach out to addy support if you wish to re-enable the EFT feature. ### What if I want to invest greater than $10,000 in a single property? If you are looking to invest greater than $10,000 in a single property, or if you find yourself frequently investing the maximum (or close to it), you may want to see if you qualify as an Accredited Investor ### What is an Accredited Investor? An accredited investor is an individual, entity, or financial institution with a special financial status that enables them to invest in certain opportunities that are not legally available to ordinary investors.
