What is the "Campaign Start Date"?

The critical function of this field is to set the date and time that your campaign will be available for investment.

Warning: You are accountable for adherence to all applicable laws and regulations!

For Private Issuers:

The Campaign Start Date field controls when your campaign will be set to "For Sale" and available for investment. To read more about sale status and the "For Sale" status, click here.

Select the date and time that you want your campaign to start, then click "Save". At this date and time, invited investors will be able to see your campaign page and process transactions to invest.

For Public Issuers with addy:

The Campaign Start Date field controls when your campaign will be set to "For Sale" automatically and be available to addy investors to process transactions. Note: when this field is updated, it must first be approved by addy prior to the selected time or it will not set the campaign live automatically.
